We have hired this company twice to service a problem at one of our retail stores. The first time (Dec) he went and he just talked to the manager instead of checking out the problem that we sent him to do. Manager was not sure about the electrical and Energy Management System. Instead of checking out the electrical and EMS he just left saying the manager didn't know anything. He still charged us $125.00 Service Call and then another $85.00 for labor + tax. $210.00 paid to him to do nothing. We get another call to the same store for the same problem on December 21st, and we send him back telling him that he has to contact the EMS company to test the system (not the store manager). He finally goes on Saturday (we had him scheduled for Tuesday 12-26 as he had originally told us) after our dispatcher had told him that the EMS help center isn't there on Saturday, so he charged another $125 trip charge when he found out they were closed on Saturday. He then went back on 12-29 which was 3 days later than the original scheduled date of 12/26 and finally called EMS. They told him that they would have to send parts for him to return and replace. When the parts came in he returned the next day and installed. He then sent us a bill for 3 trips charges at $1`25 ea plus $250 Labor for 2.75 hours work. ($505.00). This makes a total of $715.00 total he has charged us for this one job. He spent a total of 3.25 hours working in this store. I told him we refused to pay him 3 trip charges on the last service call and only sent him $380.00 for the last bill (deducted one of the 3 service calls). He has called here for 2 days being extremely rude even though we tell him we cannot pay him anymore. After his call to us today, we just tried to be upright about the situation, he called us F****** AS*****S and hung up. We paid this man almost $600 to fix a simple problem at a store and the store supplied the material. Do not use unless you have money to blow. THIS JOB IS 12 - 13 MILES FROM HIS OFFICE. We use hundreds of sub contractors, and have been in the electrical business since 1981, so we know the business very well.
