For the most part they are good and nice people. But their work isn't top notch. Ive had to have other contractors come and re caulk everything they did. Not to mention they forgot to line my bathroom and caulk other things in general, like the toilets...
I would highly recommend using a different contractor cause these guys charge a lot, which is fine, but not for what the end result is. You want something with quality and durability, not the opposite.

Contractor is nice and personable but work pace and project execution are too lax. Lots of excuses, lots of short days and weeks of absences followed by more excuses. In the end a lot of little things didn't get done because there was a last minute rush to get things done. Anyone working with this contractor should plan on very actively supervising. Work is generally pretty good, but work style is good for him not good for you.
