Beyond pleased!! Rory and his team came to our rescue when we discovered our pool needed a new liner and other work done and summer had already just begun. Being the busy season we were very disheartened, we didn't think our pool would be pool ready anytime soon. But Rory got right on it and fit us in within a few days!! All the while staying in constant contact with us on what we needed to do to prepare before they arrived and so on. Rory and his team were beyond professional, courteous and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. We can't be happier with Rory and Pyramid Pools and we are so happy we have our pool for this summer!! Highly recommended!! Jen and Joe Cannon

My pool was installed in a timely manner and was used all summer long without any problems. The installers were friendly and took the time to educate me on how to take care of my pool and filter. I was able to speak directly with the owner each time I called the office. No complaints here!
