Rosas Pool is not to be trusted. They showed up at our house purporting to be trustworthy Christian contractors. They took 1/4 of the agreed-upon payment plus extra $30k to continue to the next phase of the construction, and that's when everything went south. They abandoned the project halfway through, and I begged them to finish it; they offered me false hope that they would finish in March, then again in April, and they even signed a letter assuring me that the job would be completed by the end of June. They outright lied to me. They took my funds to pay for other people's pools. They stole my money, and according to my calculations, they still owe me $20K.
I strongly advise you against hiring or trusting this fake company. I'll be pursuing legal charges against Rosas Pools Company and its proprietors. Please contact me if you have any questions or need clarification.
