Get everything in writing!
First time using rose brothers and definitely the last. We were quoted a good price and blake youndt, the owner's son did the work. Imagine our shock when we received the bill for something much higher than what was quoted. We made the call to Charles youndt, the owner of Rose brothers to see if he would honor the price, and was flat out refused! It is all about setting customers' expectations, and those representing Charles Youndt & his company did not do that. It was their mistake and he didnt offer to make it right. I am sorely disappointed in rose brothers, and would not recommend them based on the way they handled the situation.
