Teagan is an excellent technician. He is friendly, experienced, and gets the job done. Teagan also, explains to the customer what needs to be done and does not leave the house before ensuring that the system is properly repaired and functional. He also has a vibrant personality and makes the company image look great!

My warranty company AHS had Rose Heating & Air install a new roof Unit Dec 19,22. The permit and Hers test are not covered by my warranty so I paid for it out of pocket as seen on the attached invoice. The work was not completed. They never did the Hers Test or have the inspection done. They have not returned any of my calls which have been 19 calls and voice mails. I have sent 7 emails, my warranty company has done 3 call and mails requesting they contact me. I was requesting copies of my invoices and manufactures information on unit installed plus copy of the Permit and when will the HERS test be done. To date I have not received a response. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They have the worse customer service and they do not respond or even answer their phone!!!

By ClydeNovember 10, 2021Fix AC$0
Rose Heating & Air came to my home on 09/02/2021. They stated that my compressor was bad. Stated that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get the part in. After 8 weeks I started calling them to find out the status. No reply to my voice mails. I have let more than 22 voice mails. No one has returned my calls. My home warranty company has also not been able to contact them.

I called March 30th to make an appt for April 23 to have our AC tuned up through our home warranty. I was told to call back the week of bc they can't make appointments that far out. So I called back today & was told no appointments were available since the weather warmed up. Receptionist didn't give AF. Told me if I didn't like it call my home warranty to cancel. So I did. My home warranty informed me Rose Heating & Air canceled my ticket on April 15th bc apparently I couldn't be reached. Wth? No one ever called me.I will NEVER give this company my money or business.

By Patrick M.August 7, 2020troubleshoot my HVAC noise issue$75
I had Rose heating and air come out to address a noise issue that my HVAC unit was making. The Tech Joseph was really courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to explain my options while troubleshooting my unit. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

This HVAC Company has to be the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. I called their office to get an estimated time when their technician would arrive for an appointment and Kendra (receptionist at Rose HVAC) told me that the technician would not be able to make the scheduled Monday morning appointment. Kendra stated that they forgot to call me over the weekend. She did not apologize or offer any alternatives. I asked to speak to the manager Tracy but she was not in the office. Kendra stated she would give Tracy the message but Tracy never called back. I took the day off of work for nothing! I kept calling and kept getting the run around. I just wanted to bring the problem to a higher authority in the company and see if we can reschedule. I called the next day and when pressed Kendra gave me the owners’ name, KEITH JOSEPH UDOVCH (State Contractor License #: 756687). I asked that he call me back but he never did. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

this company was sent by american home shield to repair or deem useless my ancient furnace . i let them know that the furnace had and likely would start up and go for a little while, then go off again, including pilot go out . the young apprentice was very kind and respectful and indicated, once it started, that we likely would be eligible for a new furnace if it went off again, as they didn't really repair anything . they pulled part of the cooling (which we do not have) system to clean it out and left a big mess, including parts
i called to inform them the furnace had, once again, gone off within an hour or so of when they left . tracy assured me she'd let me know when the landlord (who i had also informed) made a new appointment
landlord niketh kannan failed to inform me, but upon text prompting did finally let me know he had made a new appointment with this company . i phoned and spoke with tracy again, asking why she hadn't followed through to let me know about the new appointment . she said because nik the landlord told her she wasn't allowed to talk to me!
i assured tracy this wasn't legal, for him to do such a thing, she got frustrated, rude, and angry and said they would cancel the appt and she HUNG UP ON ME
a terrible conversation with nik ensued, but the appt was kept
when the complete jerk boss KEITH JOSEPH UDOVCH finally entered my house after his very nice apprentice was unable to light the furnace (and after he apologized for the mess and promised to clean up), udovch failed to even look at me as he brush by me within inches . i said 'hello' and he finally, gruffly, responded 'hello'
as they were lighting the pilot, i asked if they would please maybe get lunch in town (it's a long drive from where there are to my house) and give me a cell phone number so i could inform them if/when the furnace goes off again . having barely lit the pilot, udovch was already being rude and disrespectful . my grown daughter heard that and entered the room saying 'now i know why you have such terrible yelp reviews' to which he scoffed, then began raising his voice at us
i was probably 5' or less from the front door, he was between me and that door . as he got unruly, i instructed him to get outta my house . 'please just leave' . his voice got louder as he stepped toward me . i am barely 5'4" . this poor excuse for a man is easily 6'4" and pushing 300 pounds . my daughter became protective of me as i yelled repeatedly for him to get outta my house . my (grown) daughter called him an asshole (because he is an asshole) . he became furious, pulled out his phone to videotape while HE was continuing to scream at us, and was by then within inches of my body . he looked almost cartoonish, with eyes bulging and his entire head turning ever more red . he quite literally, in a very threatening manner, dared me to touch his phone as i put my hand up to block his camera
he repeatedly said he did not have to leave when i told him to leave because, according to him, this is not my house . as a renter, this is, by law, my house during my tenancy . even the landlord is not allowed to enter without notice/permission
the kicker : when he was finally out the door he was screaming about him paying my rent (after decades of hard work i am on disability and housing assistance) and was taunting us by screaming 'SECTION 8 SECTION 8 SECTION 8' . he also accused me of turning off the furnace (why would anyone do that during winter?)
this is not even a little bit of an exaggeration . the man was very threatening and i will be taking action against him and his terrible company for their failure to take care of business in the first place, and likely entering false reports to the insurance company about the 'service' ... which leads the insurance company to NOT replace a completely useless furnace . this company is complicit in continuing a situation whereby two grown, disabled people are living without heat in december
the furnace did not actually kick on after the pilot was lit until AFTER they left the house . the furnace once again died TEN MINUTES after they left
