We had for a while now some issues with the faucets of the bathrooms. We needed them to be replaced. the kitchen was something that we had in mind too. We saw a kitchen that socal home remodeling did at one house in the neighborhood and we thought it will be a good idea to talk to them and see what they can do for us. after we called the office, Anna was able to schedule us a meeting with one of their top advisers. he came to our house on the day and time that was setup and we seat with him and showed him what we want to do in the kitchen. Aviv (the adviser), checked and took all the measurements. within several days, he came back and showed us the design his office made for us. we loved the new look of the kitchen and we agreed about the price and the work began. The work took place a week after and the workers came in teams. each team did something else. the kitchen came out good and we love it. and all the rest of the small items, were good too.

We highly recommend Rosegold Builders! We wanted to remodel our kitchen and we searched/looked at a several home remodeling companies. We now very happy that we selected Rosegold Builders for that job. Aviv only helped us redesigned the existing kitchen space in order to make it more functional and beautiful but he did the entire work very easy for us. We had absolutely no clue on what types of finished and materials to get for this design and he helped in every stage of the work. He also put lots of attention to the small details and even made sure that everything will ran according to the plan and schedule. We could not be happier with the new kitchen that they did for us. We just finished our complete remodeling of the master bathroom, master bedroom and the installation of the new floor all around the house including the paint, which was a large and detailed-oriented project. Aviv (our Project Manager) and all the people we had involved in our house were very professional, polite, skilled and useful. Our bathroom was designed and remodeled with a white and modern style while the kitchen style was selected as a light oak, light paint colors, stainless steel appliances and the new floors were selected as a red mahogany 3/4 engineered floor and it has turned out beautifully with rich color and style. At the time of completion, we felt we had known all of them for long time and the house got a brand new feeling and much more functional. Rosegold Builders were very committed to us during the remodeling project and we know that they can do anything possible to make their clients happy.

We are very proud and happy to write this great review for Aviv and the whole team at Rosegold Builders! We decided to select Rosegold Builders out of 6 other home improvement companies that we met and talked to in regards to our home remodeling project. We much mention here that the other 2 companies were too rough and pushy people that all they wanted is to just make the sale and to have us signed on the contact which was the reason why we ended up not hiring them. This type of work was a big no no for us and never want to deal with this type of people or companies. The kitchen remodeling project that we did recently left us a great experience. The remodeling project was done by Rosegold Builders. From the initial meeting that we had with Aviv all the way to the last corrections and touch up that they did, we were in excellent hands. American Home Improvement have the most professional and skilled people from the design stage all the way to the office staff and working crews. The design stage was long and stress less because we wanted to include so many things and Aviv was able to include most of them at the current project. The office staff took care of all the scheduling, deliveries etc.… and they did a perfect job on that. As part of the estimate, we got a draft detail of all the tasks and completion chart, so we knew more or less what will be next. We were referred to Aviv by our neighbor who hired them before to remodel his kitchen. They were so happy with the work that was done at their house that they kept referring them to others. We are also proud to refer American Home Improvement to our friends, coworkers and relatives and other neighbors.

They remodeled the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, garage, laundry room, bedrooms and more… the whole remodeling project was finished completely about 3 weeks ago and we now moved in to our house. Aviv who was our main guy and our project manager, started the work with many meetings in which he wanted to understand our vision, budget, dreams and more… after that, he than designed the 3D plans of the entire spaces so we can get a clear vision on how everything will look like. After we finalized the plans, Aviv brought all his crew to start the work. The remodeling work went smoothly and without any major problem. Everything went according to the plan while all the problems that came up during the work, were handled professionally by the team of people. Now that we moved back to the house, we are still in the process of understanding that we got our dream house and we are so happy with everything they did for us. This was one of our best decisions that we made by hiring Rosegold Builders to remodel our house. Our project manager with the office staff designed, planned and built the whole remodeling project and he controlled and overseen all the crew of skilled people that caused everything to go according to the plans. The people at Rosegold Builders are high quality and skilled people including the carpenter, tile man, granite installer, painters, and more... they were all high quality people that were the reason why our remodeling project is a success. They surpassed our beliefs and vision. We were always informed about what is going on during the work and all the small changes and problems were handled professionally. After interviewing several companies for 3 bathrooms remodeling project, we decided to hire Rosegold Builders. We were very impressed with the vision, professionalism and ideas from our sales representative Aviv. We valued all the detailed and self-explanatory estimate and budget including the schedule that was presented to us before we signed the contract. When the remodeling project started… we were updated daily via e-mails and additional visits by Aviv. The people who worked at the house on the remodeling project were respectful of our house and they always made sure to clean at the end of each day. They also guided us with all the interior design with the selection of light fixtures, floor tiles and paint color/style choices. At the end of the remodeling project any detail that we needed additional attention was addressed.

We recently bought a new house and we wanted to update several sections at the house including some cosmetic updates. During our research for the right contractor for us, we met and interviewed 6 contractors including Rosegold Builders and at the end, we decided to hire them for our remodeling project. Our requirement was that we will do all of that BEFORE moving in and on top of it, we wanted to move-in A.S.A.P. Our interaction with Rosegold Builders was excellent and we dealt with Aviv (who took care of everything). Aviv advised to us outstanding choices starting with design ideas all the way to the type of cabinets and paint style including the finish hardware. On top of that, Aviv came up with a great schedule timeframe for the entire work that included: A completely new kitchen, new master bathroom, master bedroom with walk-in closet and new flooring throughout our home. Aviv’s communication skills were very good during the work and he addressed all raised issues quickly and efficiently. Even now which is few weeks after we moved in to the house, we notice few small issues in the kitchen and Rosegold Builders sent their people to check and solve them within a few days. This is the main prove that they do take pride in their work and they definitely stand behind it even after the job is finished. Excellent company to hire… highly recommended!

We are very happy with our new kitchen remodeling that was completely redone by Aviv and the guys at Rosegold Builders. Aviv was very professional with a lot of experience in remodeling projects and he patient with us even when we kept asking many questions because we wanted to be sure that we are doing the right things. We hired Rosegold Builders to plan, design and upgrade our kitchen including all the upper and lower cabinets. We really loved them and the work that they did for us. Our kitchen was not functional and pretty old. The new design of the space made it much more functional and with open floor plan. All the cabinets were custom made in natural oak wood. The new paint was made by their professional painters who did a perfect job. Aviv was our project manager and he was great person to deal with. Aviv had a wonderful and creative mind that with his skilled team behind him, it was a win-win situation. We did our remodeling project with Rosegold Builders. The value of the kitchen cabinets, counter tops, flooring and paint was much more above our expectations. The planning and design process was very simple and fast. They designed a great 3D drawings that included all the modifications to the space, how the finished kitchen will look like and even the colors and style. This helped us to really see a clear picture of what we will get. The construction progress was easy and we are pleased with the finished remodeling project. Our project manager and his workers were great to work with and we are sure that we will hire them for additional projects in the future. They quoted me for a new kitchen remodeling project that at first should be completed within 4 weeks of daily work but essentially it was completed it within 3.5 weeks. The new kitchen looked gorgeous and they paid attention to each and every detail so it will look no less than perfect. More than that, they kept everything in the house clean and organized. They also made sure to cover and seal off the entire remodeling space so no dust will get all over the house. In the past, I have worked with few other contractors that were just OK and did a good job but Rosegold Builders was very skilled and trustworthy company. From the first consultation meeting that we had with Aviv all the way to the final walk thru of the remodeling project that was done by him and his crew, Aviv was a great person to work with. Rosegold Builders renovated 2 bedrooms and jack and Jill bathroom. The remodeling was one of the largest that I did for a long time. A good recommendation from a neighbor and a research about them, made me hire them for that work. In general, I spoke and dealt with Aviv. Aviv did a remarkable job by coordinating the tasks of the workers and communicate with me and listening to my comments when I had them. The work took them close to a 3 weeks and Aviv made sure that 2 teams of workers will work at the house each one in a room. Very beautiful new bathroom and bedrooms and mostly - very practical ones.

Aviv was such a wonderful person to deal with during our remodeling project at our house. The remodeling project is much more the ‘above and beyond’ of what we hoped or imagined to get. Before we signed any document with Aviv, we asked him to finish the project in 6 weeks but in reality, he finished it in only 5! All the other people that were at the house each day besides Aviv, were excellent people that worked for Aviv for a very long time already. They never left the house early and they worked full days during each week. Aviv was excellent communicator and with perfect managing skills. Aviv at Rosegold Builders was our project manager and he did a perfect job. Our kitchen and bathrooms were completely demolished and remodeled from the ground up. Rosegold Builders did a few remodeling jobs that were combines into 1 large remodeling project for us and we are very proud with the work they did. The remodeling project ended up with a complete remodeling of the main first floor of our house (kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, bedroom, entry, living room etc.…). The project required a lot of attention to all the details because it contained also the removal of a wall in the kitchen that gave us an open space and at the same time enlarged the overall space of the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets were all custom made and with all the new appliances... The new kitchen is no less than a gorgeous one! The project was on a daily basis and each day all the workers were at our house from morning to evening while supervised by Aviv. we are very proud at our ‘new’ house and we highly recommend them for any remodeling project.

We hired Rosegold Builders to upgrade our master bedroom, master bathroom and to add a powder room. We must write here that they really did a perfect remodeling work. The master bathroom and bathroom needed some major work including the removal of the old shower and bathtub, replacing the floors, new paint, and new vanity and more… while in the bedroom part, we needed to replace the old carpet with new wood floor, new paint, new crown molding, new lightings and new windows. So Aviv and his skilled people came in, heard our vision and concept and helped us bring to life what is now the most spectacular space in our home. The powder room was a requirement and they turned it into a beautiful addition. The craftsmanship was wonderful and the guys were great and easy to work with.

We found Aviv through several web sites and we thought he can be a perfect match for our home remodeling project. We hired him to remodel our master bathroom, master bedroom and kitchen after a while that we thought on how to do it, what to do and collect ideas. Aviv set with us and heard everything we want and on our second meeting, he brought additional ideas that improved our thoughts and made the remodeling much better. The work also included the removal of 2 columns at the kitchen area; redesign and rebuilt the whole kitchen with all the new countertops and backslashes. In the master bedroom and bathroom Aviv demolished it to the grounds and rebuilt it based on what we wanted and needed. During the remodeling work, we were not at the house and we counted completely on the communication skills of Aviv and frankly enough… his communication skills were perfect for us with a lot of daily calls and texts that often came with current pictures of the whole remodeling progress. I interviewed at least 4 home improvement companies for a big remodeling job at my house. Aviv was the only one that I met and spoke with and that was not any type of a referral recommendation. Aviv worked at Rosegold Builders and I found them as part of my online research. Aviv become my favorite one from all the other home improvement contractors. My husband and I had Aviv and his group of skilled people worked at our house on the remodeling project of our new purchase house. Our home remodeling project was probably never finished if it was not Aviv! Before we hired him, we checked personally that he does have all the related documents such insurance, bond etc… We had a fairly large scale remodeling of our beach house. Aviv relocated the bath tub, raised the ceiling in several spot at the house, installed new plumbing and more…. His coordination capabilities of all the workers was very impressive that we noticed how each worker is not in the other’s way. If I will have to summaries’ my experience with Rosegold Builders & Design it will be perfect. The remodeling was finished perfectly and within the time frame that was set ahead. Our project manager Adam, was very professional and with %100 involvement. Adam took very good care of our house and the crew were extremely skilled, hardworking, careful and easygoing in every step of the remodeling. If we had any question or concern about anything, Adam would listen to us and do all he could to make us happy even if it was required to make some changed to the original plan. Also the designer did a great job by providing so many good ideas that included backsplash, cabinets, paint styles and even all the appropriate finishes. The kitchen cabinets are perfect for us and we use all the new functionality of them including the additional storage space.
