After dealing with four other companies where three came out and took measurements but never returned or called; the fourth one was the do it in one day and would not be doing a complete bathroom remodel as I wanted, I received a call from Ross Construction. (I was registered with Home Advisor). Craig Ross came to assess the job. He gave me an immediate estimate and an approximate time for completion. The end product was excellent. There were a few bumps getting there. The three-week time frame turned out to be longer. I do understand the difficulty getting materials that needed to be ordered. On several days, no one showed up or called. There were a few things in the contract that I decided not to complete. I was given credit upon request. One item was outlooked by me and was an afterthought, but I didn't call about it. All of the workers were kind and curious. I would use again. I did recommend to a friend.
