Best in town! Courtland and his crew remodeled my bathroom the exact way I wanted it. Great communication skills, I could reach him whenever I had a question and he did everything he could do to meet my needs.

Me and my wife had Courtland come to our fixer upper home a couple months back, we have been fixing up the home for about 3 months now on and off and just decided to hire some one to get things going faster. My son introduced me to Courtland because he had previously done work at his home. We called him on a Wednesday he was able to make it to our estimate that following Friday.
He was very respectful and very funny as well although young he did know exactly what he was doing (1 kind of hovered a little). We love our bathroom results and will definitely be contacting him soon to help with more renovation projects around the house and a couple other fixer up projects. -

Contractor was very professional, courteous, and smiled the whole time while remodeling our kitchen, they also installed vinyl flooring and did an awesome job painting, they cleaned up as they went ,

I was impressed with Courtland Ross before he started our tub-shower remodel. He was very communicative and took time to listen to what we wanted in regard to tiling/fixtures. Problem started on the first day. Our payment had to clear his bank for him to even buy the materials to start. So basically, we prepaid him. I never saw a receipt and I ended up buy a fixture myself, but that never came off the total cost. They had no time management skills or respect for our time and schedules. Caused water to leak thru ceiling due to not soaking up pooled water, reversed hot and cold water lines (then tried to tell me it must have already been like that but I know it wasn't), shower doors leaked and flooded the newly tiled door, again tried to tell me it was my fault that we didn't let caulk dry for 24 hours but we let it sit for 56 hours. We have had to hire someone else to fix all these issues (note - shower doors were not installed flat, they sloped out and there are gaps between them and wall which caused leak). We have also had to repaint lots of the bathroom due to marks and scratches. Bathroom door wouldn't latch either, so we had to fix that. We didn't' know any of these items before they left the job because he had put sealant on the floor and we couldn't go in to check for several hours, after he was gone. They also used silver trim in the shower (tracking) even though they knew our color scheme was brown/bronze. They didn't seem to have much attention to detail. They did offer to come fix these "simple" items but honestly, we don't trust them to do it.

Courtland and his crew remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. They were very well informed to be so young. I also like the way they took initiative and got done with my project in a timely manner. I would recommend this crew to anyone throughout the state of Georgia.
