  Very professional and the crew was very tidy! They use top of the line shingles which made my roof look beautiful! The contract was everything we agreed upon. I would definitely use them for my siding when the time comes.

  Is quick to take your money. Damaged the fascia on install. Did return phone calls. Finally reached him after a month of numerous attempts. He said he would come out and take a look. He never called me back on his assessment. Got a hold of him and he claimed the damage was preexisting.

  I hired Rosetti Roofing and Siding to do my roof over the summer because we had leak damage to the roof due to a bad storm. Rick told me the entire roof had to be replaced because it was in bad shape, so that's what we did. The job looks pretty good but we still have a leak and my wife and I called Rick out to look at it but he still hasn't been out to look at it. Since then Rick has not returned our phone calls or refuses to come out to see the damage for himself. Meanwhile, where the roof is leaking is turning black and I have to continuously clean this area with bleach because I don't want to have a mold problem. It's been months now and we still haven't heard anything from him.

  This contractor did a new roof for me. Technically, he did a good job, but does not return calls and does not honor his contract. He substitutes lower priced shingles and underlayment in spite of contract stipulations. When called on these changes, he threatens to quit the job if you try to get your contract enforced. The roof leaked in the first rainstorm. He did respond to calls, but did not inform me of what the problem or the solution was. The roof leaked again in the next big rain. He again responded in a timely manner. Its a mixed bag dealing with him. I cannot give him a clear recommendation even though his work is good. You have to be very careful and watchful to be sure you get what is in your contract, and you should have backpup in case he reneges.
