I own a home that has an addition built by Dennis Rottman's crew. The workmanship is slipshod and inferior in every way. I've had several contractors over the years perform work to undo the work he did. Each of them acknowledged the careless, even dangerous construction methods he used. If you want quality workmanship avoid this builder.
