They do good work. The problem is getting them to show up when they say there gonna be there without having to call them all the time asking were there at! They have a little bit left to do and said they be there Tuesday and didnt show up. Been trying to get ahold them but no one answers. It's getting cold out and where trying to get my son and his wife and 6 month Granddaughter into the house. But they keep pushing us aside it seems like. They dont call when there not able to make it. Unreliable when it comes to that!

Had an urgent job to connect a rental property to municipal water. Quoted 2 week turn around. Didn’t show up and had to hound them. They didn’t answer the phone. Finally showed up and only did half the job and left. Same pattern for the rest. All told, 9 weeks to complete the job and renters moved out. So sorry I ever went with this company. Finally sent me the bill for full charge and couldn’t care less about the delays. Threatened to submit for non payment to collectors. Wrote Better Business Bureau, but all silent from Rooter Rooter. Avoid this company at all costs. They promise to work but don’t carry through, don’t communicate and expect full payment for bad service.
