Chris Rounds and his crew did an amazing job for both projects. Chris suggested raising the kitchen ceiling instead of filling in the square that contained the flourescent lights and I was ecstatic that it could be done. Chris was on the job site every day to make sure his crew knew the plan, had all of their materials and even made them send pictures of the job site at the end of the day to make sure everything was cleaned up to his satisfaction. Chris runs a tight ship and his crew are all on board with is way of treating customers. The raised ceiling is beautiful and Chris worked his way through the minor bumps we encountered without increasing his bid. He even added more insulation than they removed without additional cost and they cleaned the exterior cabinets, vacuumed the floor including behind the fridge. If you want a top notch contractor and crew with a clean ROC record, hire Rounds Construction LLC. You won't regret it!

We just finished a 7 month whole house remodel with Rounds Construction. We gutted the whole house and started over. Chris, his crew, and and his subs did a fantastic job. Chris kept in constant contact with us during the process, as we live out of state. The finished home is absolutely lovely, and we cannot thank him enough for his ATTENTION to detail. We would use again, and recommend. Scope of work was: new windows, garage door, front door, removed walls, new flooring throughout, cabinets, counters, appliances, new HVAC, adding more electrical, gas lines, plumbing, painting interior and exterior, new crown molding, base board, window casing, door casing, drapes. Chris has integrity, and stands by his word.
