Unfortunately I have had severe cosmetic, mechanical and structural issues with the home that Rouse Construction (Lynden ,Washington) built in 2013/14. Walls are cracking in many of the corners and along the seam of the drywall underneath the stringers of the main floor stairs. The in-floor radiant system heats only in three small spots on the main floor and randomly goes up to 79 degrees (usually it is set at 68). The outside of the house looks very nice - from afar. Finishes are very sloppy and I was left with a cracked window and doors that are crooked and do not fully close (randomly stick or are gaping). There is way too much to list here. I am happy to share photographs with anyone who wishes to see their workmanship up close. I am heartbroken.
PS: Buildzoom has this company in Manchester, Washington. This is incorrect. They are in Bellingham and Lynden Washington State.

I had Rouse Construction build a cedar fence for me about 3 years ago! Through all the wind storms, heavy snow my fence remains solid and straight. Reinforced concrete 4x4 posts and extra 2x4 boards along the exterior of the fence was worth the extra amount to keep it solid. They worked diligently and the job was done in an appropriate time period.
