Toby, the service tech, was rude and uncommunicative, contract said payment due when job complete, and I got billed while waiting for parts to come in, bill also included penalties for non- payment?. Matt Rouse, owner, showed up on last day of install, demanding to be paid in cash. Went to bank to pay and discovered on my return that the copper lines for AC was installed improperly and was damaged. Three days after being paid the AC is still not completely done and Matt is telling me I have an attitude. I am distraught thinking I will have a lifetime relationship with a firm that is so incompetent and unprofessional.
