    Never recommend this guy to anyone. Crappy construction on our basement caused a leak, destroyed everything he did, which wasn't to code anyway, insurance had to cover loss at $25,000, and we were out what we paid him plus our deductible, $5k. Insurance company is suing Rovase Associates LLC.

    Rovase Associates Customer Ethics

    They did really good work for me last year. I notice the walkway started cracking at the joints and chipping away after five months. I sent an email plus text along with photos. He promised to fix it but hasn't kept his word as of today. I am still waiting for him. Because of this issue only I would not recommend Rovase Associates to anyone. His word is not to be trusted.

    Buildzoom chose a huge contractor like this when all I want is leaf clean up and weeding. I do not want an estimate from them. I will be calling local companies on my own now.
