They do not communicate. They say everything you want to hear on the initial conversation and never follow up after they receive the information they as you to send. They show up when ever they want and install the sprinklers how ever they want to. They are horrible to deal with. Would not recommend them to anyone. Was going to have them do additional work but there's not a chance of that happening now. They were contracted by our builder originally.
