My wife and I are still having issues with our electric work provided by Rowan. Some circuits don't work; many were provided incorrectly and with zero attention given to the design plan nor instructions. We firmly believed we were taken advantage of, some $15K to $20K higher than the job should have been with sloppy results!
Today, Rowan's 1 year warranty is worthless as the owner refuses to return my calls for service and fixture exchange where needed. What a disappointment! -
