Raudel Garcia
On June 26th this company owned by Raudel Garcia, tax payer# 32063432200 were contracted to perform a pool inspection. They are not licensed to do pool inspections. In the process they wrote a report and submitted a quote recommending the pool plaster be done at a cost of $5358.38.(an obvious conflict of interest) The report is fraudulent as the pool was subsequently inspected by a licensed inspector (I have his report) who confirmed the plaster was in good condition. This was also confirmed by another pool service company for a second opinion. This false report resulted in the Real Estate contract being terminated as the buyers were under the false pretense of the pool requiring plaster. This lost contract is a direct result of the pool service company performing an inspection that they are neither licensed nor qualified to perform. This business needs to be reported so that this doesn't happen again to someone who will not report them.
