Did not find several issues with the home. He didn't inspect the water heater. Well water smelled like sulfur which should have been obvious when checking drains.Horrible sewer gas issues from improper venting, no mention. Horrible cigarette smell that burned our eyes when entering the home. We lost thousands with additional inspections after his, that we would not have ordered if he had done a decent job.
