I hired Kirk in 2014 to handle several small projects. He never returned to complete them although took the check for deposits. His work caused more damage to my property and soffits, and the "new" door installed was a repurposed door that took weeks on "order" but came the wrong size for the frame. I requested half my money be returned to apply to the second round of repairs after this mess. Letter sent certified. Lawyer followed.
I no longer wanted to engage in empty promises, as it did not meet my need for support in repairs, or my need for being treated with regard and respect.
At this point all work completed here had to be disassembled due to failure, and subsequently repaired. He did not respond to any notices. I am offering an honest warning in the community that the integrity he promised at the start of all this has been disappointing. I can safely state I am witness to dishonesty and a lack of regard. I was hardly a difficult client, eager to pay for dependable and expert work.
