Roy did our pool tiles for a 40 foot pool.
After 5 years tiles began to loosen and break off.
We asked him to set a time to come out and repair them.
We live on Molokai.
We gave him our phone number and dates for repair.
That was over 2 months ago.
So far, no response.
We will be happy to update this review if he changes his mind.
For the moment, here is a low rating for him.
