    Repair around the house

    I hired Roy Simon to help with a number of tasks around my home, from replacing and installing smoke detectors, to building and hanging cabinets for extra storage in my garage. The cabinets are solid and look great! He did an excellent job and very competitively priced. I would definitely hire him again.

    Bathroom Remodel
    $7,500

    We hired Roy Simon to remodel our main bathroom. He was a pleasure to work with through the entire process. After listening to the improvements we were looking for, he then proposed additional ones that didn't add much to the cost but were great additions we now enjoy daily. The final remodel result was tremendous. He is meticulous in his work, not satisfied until the detail work is done right. I plan to hire him for future projects because I know they'll be done to my satisfaction.

    I can highly recommend Roy. We put in a new shower module and had to have drywall repair. Roy did the work perfectly and painted our bathroom too. Reasonable price. Five stars.

    After a limb went through our picture window, our arborist recommended Roy to install a plywood panel and then a new window. Roy was prompt in installing a plywood panel--it was winter. The window was ordered but was not the right size. The 2nd window fit and we thought the job was done. In late winter we discovered the caulking had not been done correctly---our thermal window fogged. Roy was paid by the arborist's insurance company. We have contacted him numerous times. He neither returns our calls nor fixes the window. Don't pay him until you are sure the job is right. I would never use him again.
