Royal Paving & Sealcoating

It was great working with Nelson Cooper of Royal Paving. He was quick when coming to give me the estimate and even checked in when he was held up in traffic. We have had Blacktop Sealcoating from other contractors but they never took the time to prep and prepare the surface and edges. It looks brand new.
PS-This site is indicating his license is expired but I did check and his license is current and active. The site has not updated their information.

Nelson sealed our parking lot and they did a great job! The price was reasonable, they used good oil based sealant and the parking lot looked like new when done. Real nice guys, put amazing amount of effort into sealing my driveway. The prep work was the key .. consequently the finished job turned out amazing. Nelson came by and dropped off a flyer as many Sealcoating contractors do. I like we he had to say about hot tar being oil based and would last much longer than the typical water based sealcoating. Price was reasonable so I decided to take a chance. I gave him a call and he was available the very next day. He did a great job and the driveway looks fantastic. Only time will tell as how long it lasts but if it does hold up, I will be calling him back in 4-5 years.

Great job done on my PA residential driveway. Quick same day service for seal coating job after I called fairly late in the season for this job - since the weather was good that day Nelson came and did the job that afternoon - the driveway looks wonderful.

Nelson previously patched and sealcoated our driveway at home (did a professional job). Today he and his team did the parking lot at my office. The prep was thorough and first rate ( I saw blacktop I hadn't seen in years, and the edging was perfect). Final result was first rate, at a great price. I would recommend him to anyone, and I hope when my patients see my "new" parking lot, they'll be calling him.
