    $500,000

    Started our build 2018, moved in April 2019 all went smoothly until after being in the house with a few months and found things weren’t finished or just not right. Been trying to get the last finishing items done for almost 3 yrs now. Our carpet totally started bulging in every room in 2020 he promised to take care of it, as of April 2022 still not done and the company installers only warranty work for 2 yrs. It’s the little things that make it worth using any company, at this point we could not recommend them. He has not responded to our replies for months now, I just want my house to be total completed and other items corrected or fixed ??

    I came to Mohave valley from Michigan to retire.After meeting three other builder's, I was completely at ease with Jason at Royalty Home's. Very trustworthy and loved his floorplan. He built a great house for me for a good price. He knows what fixture's look good and kept everything on budget.I would recommend Royalty home's for the Bullhead city Ft Mohave area. You won't do better with anybody else.

    Excellent! Felt right at ease with Jason. Very trustworthy. Nice finishes and he always returned my calls or text's. He also has a great knowledge of style and availability of flooring, fixtures, and design. I would highly recommend Royalty homes!
