I am a tenant and didn't have any option other than got a hard time with them. The appt time to be at my place was 12:15 pm. At 3pm they sent a message they were on their way to my place. Never came here. At 4pm they cancelled the visit. Same thing next day. Not reliable, liars, careless.

I had a disappointing experience with Zoom Zoom AC Inc. The primary issue was their lack of price transparency, which made the entire process frustrating. They charged an outrageous amount just for the diagnostic, and the quote they provided for the repair was shockingly high. I ended up getting my unit fixed by another company for less than what Zoom Zoom charged me for the diagnostic alone. While their technicians seemed knowledgeable, the exorbitant pricing and unclear cost structure left a bad impression. I would not recommend Zoom Zoom AC Inc. to anyone looking for fair and transparent service.
