Roy's Builders & Remodeling

We used Roy's Builders for a major remodel of our home. The remodel consisted of complete remodeling of four bathrooms, fireplace refacing, hardwood flooring and some structural reinforcing. They did an absolutely wonderful job. They are truly perfectionists.....truthfully, their standards were higher than ours! They were great to work with......they use teams of experts for any particular area....tile, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc. The management of Roy's are extraordinarily knowledgeable (they provided many ideas which improved our original concepts). They are very trustworthy......honest and ethical. Their bids was more than fair and they completed all work on time and on budget. In short, we are extremely happy we used Roy's Builders for ur major remodel and would absolutely use them again!!!

Worked with Roy's on my Kitchen and Bathroom renovation. He supplied a custom bathroom cabinet that matched the kitchen style I chose. He was extremely helpful throughout the process, always available for questions/follow-ups. Would definitely recommend. Love my new cabinets!

I just completed a full renovation of my 1-bedroom apartment with Roy's Builders & Remodeling Inc and am very happy with the results. We even finished ahead of the estimated timeline! Roy worked expeditiously to get approval from my coop to begin work. He was an excellent designer and paid great attention to each detail to make sure everything works well together. Roy was also great as the project manager. The workers were also very nice and skillful.

I hired Roy's Builders & Remodeling Inc to remodel my kitchen and update my bathroom. I worked with Roy the owner he is a fabulous experienced kitchen designer and the guy who was the project manager. They both were extremely knowledgeable and got the job done! I would highly recommend this team.

I’ve had a great experience with Roy’s. They remodeled my bathroom and later living room. The project went without any issues thanks to a very well coordinated crew. They were also very careful and kept the house clean all time (Vadim was here everyday to make sure everything is clean and we are satisfied with the crew) . The final result was beautiful bathroom and I am very happy about it. Will definitely work with Roy again!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our new kitchen. Adam met our every need and more. From the designers to the project manager, carpenter and trade professionals, every aspect of the construction went off without any major problem or delay in the expected delivery date. Allen, Shawn And Alex, were quick to anticipate and mitigate potential problem areas and address any of our requests. They ensured that my pets were safe during the construction. In fact, one of my cats came to adore the lead carpenter. They were all such a pleasure to work with. The remodel was completed on time and under budget.

I appreciate their service and hard work. They were a blessing to me and my home especially with my kitchen. I called them about a month ago because I wanted to change up my kitchen. I had a big job for them because I wanted to completely construct my whole kitchen. I wanted cabinets on the other side and the kitchen counter top dead center. They executed everything I ask for and I was very pleased with the whole situation. I know kitchen remodeling cost a lot but these guys saved me a lot of money compared to other businesses. Roys remodeled my bathrooms in my home and did an outstanding job. I initially chose roys because they received so many positive reviews. Their staff was friendly and prompt to all of my questions and concerns. I wasn't exactly sure what design I wanted but the project manager made helpful suggestions on what he thought would be best and explained to me in detail what they would be doing to help me create a beautiful design. It took about 3 weeks and I am so happy with the results!

WE thoroughly enjoyed working with Roy’s Builders. Their attention to detail was refreshing and their communication was exceptional. We look forward to working with them again in the future!!

I originally met with Roy’s to have a smaller closet project done in our bedroom. Once I met with Ben, we started discussing the possibility of getting our completely wrecked old 2nd bath and laundry room redone. At the time I wasn't expecting being able to accomplish that big project anytime soon. However he came up with really smart solutions to cut costs and still have the amazing result I wanted. They were so great at working with in our budget and finding way to get the project done beautifully. Never complained once and made the process so so much easier for me. Sometimes I thought they were more concern about the end result than I was! There's no doubt Roy’s Builders care about your project as much as you do and deliver the same quality they'd expect in their own homes. There was never a moment where they weren't available to help me or answer my questions. I'm so very happy about the whole process. Both areas they worked on have turned out absolutely perfect. Highly recommend them and will use them again should I find another project someday.

I have had an opportunity to work with Roy’s Builders and I am amazed at their attention to detail and pride in their workmanship. It started with a phone call to their office once David answered I had a good feeling about this company. Two days later Adam the project manger showed up on time for our on-site quote and gave us great ideas! Adam and his team did a commendable job remodeling my house. He was very reliable and his team worked efficiently and did high quality work. Roy’s Builders were always available to address all the questions and got the job done within the estimated time.Will highly recommend Roy’s Builders.

Roys Builders remodeled our bathroom and did an outstanding work. I had contacted other contractors and they ranged from the disingenuous to the outright unprofessional; however, after meeting with Roy I knew that I could trust them to deliver what they promised. As soon as the team arrived Nathan and his crew were careful to complete the tear out of the old bathroom with the least mess and disruption and I was surprised how quickly the work went. The guys worked long hard days and the quality of the work and finishing touches showed their level of dedication and talent. Some of the fixtures were new on the market and complicated to install and everything turned out perfectly. The marble tiling around the curved surface of the tub and other difficult places is cut perfectly and the new lights and electrical work really make the space look great. In the end the ugliest room in the house turned into the most beautiful room in the house and for the first time since we've lived here we can actually enjoy taking a shower, or relaxing in the tub. This is really the first time we've been able to get exactly what we've wanted and having it exceed our expectations. The next project we're planning with Roys Builders will be our kitchen and second bathroom and we can't wait - the only challenge for us is figuring out what we want. Thank you so much for making a major improvement to our house and doing such an awesome job!

These guys are amazing! I am so grateful to have found them (on Yelp btw) to do my bathroom remodel. The final result far exceeded my expectations. They got every detail just the way I wanted. Nathan was so helpful with making sure he covered all the details with me. I felt comfortable from the start with him because he was so professional and knowledgeable. Shawn and Roy did amazing work. Shawn kept us informed through out the whole job. I still can't believe they got the job done so quickly...only 7 days to do an entire bathroom remodel. These type of guys are extremely hard to find these days! I think their price was extremely reasonable. We used Shawn to remodel 4 bathrooms and he did a great job on each. The project included removing & replacing vanities, sinks & fixtures, installing new tile floors, fan/electrical/switches,mirror etc for both bathrooms and we couldn't be happier. His pricing was very reasonable and fair. He is an extremely hard worker and completes the job as scheduled. He maintains a very clean and organized work space. As with all contractors, it helps to maintain a regular dialogue to ensure both parties are on the same page. We will be using him again for future projects.

We are so happy with our new kitchen and floors. Roy and his team are fantastic to work with. Start to finish - 9 days. That includes over 900 square feet of tile work. Our kitchen is beautiful. Our floors are amazing. If you are thinking about a remodel this company is the one to go with!

I have had the great pleasure of working with Mr. Lugasi on multiple remodels over the past couple years. There are many reasons I would choose Roy’s Builders, but here are my top three. First, their friendliness and respect is above and beyond anything I have experienced. This really shines through in their approach and communication with their clients. Second, is their attention to detail. They do a phenomenal job reviewing the designs and specifications with me and the client to ensure they have a clear understanding of the design intent. Third, is the incredible craftsmanship. Nothing makes a designer (and client) happier than when the end result matches the design drawings. Roy has an extraordinary team of craftsmen that are artists in their own right. I know my clients are in good hands and will be over the moon with their completed remodel.

We could not be happier with the job Roy’s Builders did on our almost-whole-house remodel. They enclosed a covered patio on the back of our small home to extend our tiny kitchen and add a master bathroom and closet. Their staff and sub-contractors did a superb job. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We'd been contemplating doing our counters/backsplash for awhile. I received several (6) quotes but Roy’s was the only one which included EVERYTHING which was much appreciated (no hidden costs). After breaking down and comparing "apples to apples" with the other quotes they were also one of the most reasonable. That with the convenience of dealing with one company/contact (Roy) we decided to go with them.

Roy and his team were so great to work with. They stuck to a tight schedule and really kept us informed. The work was done basically in 2 days! Roy was super responsive. Questions/requests were handled almost immediately. We really were treated as valued customers.
