David Moncrief at Royse City Plumbing was contracted by State Farm Insurance to replace my under slab sewer line. They excavated and did the repair but did not replace the dirt under the slab. I have a 2' deep trench under my house that fills with water when it rain. David told my insurance adjuster they did replace even though we have pictured to prove otherwise. David will not return call and my foundation is cracking and sinking above the sewer line
