RPS Electric( Robert Shumate) owner was FANTASTIC by my recent experience. Mr.Shumate , a master electrician, did the job himself so I can not rate this service if other service persons are involved. I hired RPS on a recommendation of a friend for a routine outlet installation. However an urgent electrical issue had been occurring so I mentioned it to Mr. Shumate while he was working on the outlet. He checked it out and diagnosed it promptly but this was Tuesday before Thanksgiving so he was booked throughout the week. But he said if the power went out, to give him a call and he would fit me in no matter what. It did and he did! But what surprised me the most was that he was honest and his price was REASONABLE even though I was in a bind for time and he knew it as well that I was a "snowbird"-I trembled at the prospect of a rip off when I called an electrician, DID NOT Happen folks!!!!! I am ecstatic that I found an honest, reliable and obviously caring electrician. I am recommending him to anyone that needs electrical work
