    Remodel and water damage repairs

    We have hired Ron Rosenblatt, when he was a partner at Building Blox. I guess all the money he made on us gave him a chance to strike on his own. He came recommended by the architect we hired to do some interior planning. We chose him because he has promised to complete the work in 9 months for $900k. Unfortunately, we were extremely naive and trusting with him. Ron is an exceptionally keen businessman. He appears caring, sensitive, and attentive. We even laughed among ourselves that in any disagreement we should ask ourselves what would Ron do? In retrospect we all have 20/20 vision. Now looking back we can say he lies and cheats every step of the way without batting an eyelash. He does not care about the quality of his or his subcontractors work. He will promise you golden apples, deliver a rotten pumpkin and will charge you double for redoing the work or just drops the ball knowing that you are not an expert and cannot argue with him. Do not hire him. He has no ethics. He will use every tool in his arsenal to squeeze every penny out of you. And the work that he does speaks for itself. Ask him to show any work that he has completed a few years ago (not just finishing now), talk to people who lived with his work for a few years. I wish I could post pictures with this review. Alas you will have to decide for yourself. Best of luck!
