Started out very good, but less than halfway through the job, he claimed he had a heart attack, and left me hanging for weeks with no communication. I felt bad and he told me he can get the job done in 2 weeks, So I check the status after a few weeks, and no work was done. I wasted 4 months waiting for him to finish a 30-day job.

He was hired and given money March 2020 . No WORK was even started. He had every excuse of WHY NOT from death in family and that was out of this state. Then his own sickness with COVID Then I didn't hear from him at all. He did start in a neglectful way by putting in a new shower-tube but he never even finished that plus cut a water-pipe that caused an emergency here in my condo-complex ..and that caused damage to the neighbor downstairs. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE SINCE ! Cost $3,000 plus WHAT a Mistake I Made Hiring This man
