RROC Exteriors
A Few Words from our Founder, Matt Krom: I have spent the last 20 years in home improvement working my way up from the bottom. Through the years, I have never lost focus on one thing; something I learned at a young age and that is Results Regardless of Circumstances (RROC). Through my 20-year journey, I have found that hard work is paramount. The home improvement industry is filled with stories of homeowners having bad experiences. We wish to change that for our customers. I have spent my career learning how to navigate these challenges while also creating long-lasting relationships with the best manufacturers in the business backed by the best warranties available. We understand that your home is your biggest investment. Although it's beyond that; your home is your castle, your sanctuary, where you raise your children and build memories. This is the reason why your decision to hire a contractor can be so daunting; making sure they are the right fit for your family. Our promise to you is to deliver the very best products and warranties at the fairest price out there all while making it a stress-free process.
By keeping our customers first, we can be confident that we are always doing what is right. In today’s environment, there are many things out of our control but our promise to you remains: If we can control it, results are required! When you partner with RROC; allowing us to serve you and your home, you will gain an ally who has your best interests in mind from start to finish. Our focus is winning for our customers regardless of the circumstance.
Allow us to be your RROC, your foundation, your trustworthy friend and we promise to take care of you like family!

By Steve J.August 23, 2023Window replacement$89,000
The sales person at first was awesome.. then we signed the papers and he was then absent. The promised timeline was not met and RROC was less than responsive or helpful in communication through the whole process. They use a third party installer who didn’t speak English which made it very difficult to point out that windows were installed crooked, doors didn’t close properly, and a slider wasn’t even installed completely. After I denied payment they sent the installer back out to “fix” the issues but again the language barrier proved difficult. The exterior of the windows looks acceptable and they seemed to seal it up good however the inside was a different story. After the installation was “complete” I had to, out of pocket, have the trim work inside the house done (fortunately I am capable of performing the work in my own but still a very large additional cost on top of the window cost).
In the end I am glad the windows are replaced, would I use RROC agin.. no.

RROC did our siding and what a beautiful job. They are so great with getting the job done. Then when it’s done the Boss makes another trip to make sure we were satisfied and he was also. Make sure you ask for Matt he’s the Man.

By Randal M.June 20, 2023Replace old roof$25,000
Owner Matt Krom was easy to work with, he took time to really go over the GAF product that they use and the warranty that comes with the product. The crew did a great job with the tear off and roof replacement. They worked hard stayed on schedule, they cleaned up each day so that you would not even known they had been here. Our roof looks great. It will be easy to recommend this Company to others.

We can't say enough about RROC. Their sales representatives, receptionist and project manager were all outstanding. Their subcontractors were also wonderful. Clean and efficient and very evidently qualified to do what we asked. I would recommend them to anyone needing windows.

Work was neatly and quickly done. We were upset when a few days later a leak occurred in the same spot as before. However, when notified, the owner himself inspected and found the roof was not the source, but rather, a loose elbow on a vent pipe, which he tightened for no extra charge. We couldn't have had better service, and the roof looks great.

Matt was awesome. His crew were very professional. We interviewed a lot of roofing companies and many of them were telling us what we needed or didn't need. Matt showed us what we needed and gave us the options. RROC Exteriors gave us the piece of mind that our new roof will be problem free for a long time. It was also apparent that Matt cared more about our needs than the larger companies who were caring more about their metrics. I recommend Matt and his team 110%. You will be glad you trusted RROC exteriors like we are!

We had five companies come out and give us a bid for our reroofing job. Two of these came from referrals from friends so we felt confident that they would have done a quality job for us but we went with RROC because 1) Matt Krom, the owner, came out to give us the bid for his company.
We felt confident that he knew the roofing business, that he was qualified to give us an accurate bid and that he would stand by his bid. 2) His bid was written down in detail so we knew what work was going to be done and how much we were going to have to pay for it. Not knowing the condition of the sheeting, I asked for a "worst-case" scenario bid in case they had to replace 100% of the sheeting. Which he did. 3) His was a smaller family owned business so we felt that he would be more invested and want to ensure that the job be done right and 3) We checked with the Better Business Bureau and saw that he had an A- rating--the minus being given because of the company's short time in being in business.Matt got us onto the schedule quickly and his crew showed up in-force(about 10 men) when they said they would be there and worked steadily so that in one day the old shingles were removed, the old sheeting removed (and it was 100% that needed replacing), the new sheeting put down, the underlayment put down, the vents and flashings installed, and they were beginning to lay down the first rows of shingles. By 2:00 the next day our roof was finished.
The debris that needed to be hauled away was much more than expected but Matt did not increase the amount that he had put down on our bid.
The crew cleaned up the yard before leaving. We did find a handful of brackets and a few nails afterwards but nothing critical. One of the crew was a smoker and we did have to clean up some cigarette butts but again, nothing to warrant us complaining. The crew was friendly although few spoke English but they were very polite, respected our property and were very gracious when I brought out a plate of cookies and nut bread.
After the crew left, we climbed up on the roof to look at things. There was one small area that felt "squishy" to me so I called Matt and talked to him about it. He came out later to check it out and resolved the concern.

They did everything they said they would do, when they said they would, and as quickly as they could. The guys that busted their butts on the roof had exceptional service. They got in and out quickly. I couldn't be happier. I would have them back in a heartbeat, if I need something else done. I will probably use them in the future for my garage roof.

Like all homeowners I did my 3 quote diligence to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Interestingly enough, RROC was the only company that showed initiative to win my business. The other companies bids were equal in cost but for less quality/warranty or they just never showed up to do the bid. RROC Exteriors -specifically the owner Matt impressed me in so many ways! His approach to customer service is exactly what we all should want in a contractor- direct, caring and compassionate (no sugar coating fluff or hidden things in bids), top notch quality products offered, extensive explanation about the products and a follow-up that shows that he cares about the homeowner and the credibility of his company! When the crew came out to do the roof, they were punctual, respectful and very hard working! Even the office staff was respectful and helpful with changes to our start date (due to tsunami warnings here at the beach where I live). I absolutely would recommend that you give RROC Exteriors a chance to show you what it really looks like to take care of clients!

James was very kind and knowledgeable. From the price, products, time frame and the fact that financing was an option, was amazing! I will recommend them to anyone who is in need of exterior projects.

The sales person Auto was fantastic. He explained things very well. The roofers were excellent, courteous, and friendly. Ley, the supervisor was simply awesome. The roofers arrived on time and as far as I can tell did a splendid job. At this time I have no complaints. I feel positive and I am very complimentary of their work and professionalism. At this time, I would hire them again. My roof is beautiful. The group simply ROCKS!
