    build adu and garage

    Beyond horrible. Had to fire after 2 years of not being able to finish a 1200sqft ADU. Hired new contractors and the roof had to be completely redone. The HVAC system had to be com platelets redone. The Hw heater that was installed was not new and was not functional. I have had multiple plumbing fails. There were many code violations that had to be fixed to get final on the project and he was paid a large amount of money.
