I do not recommend this company. My mother, 89, has been waiting a month for an estimate that she was told she would have in a week. In addition, Mr. Miles charged her a fee of $150 for this quote. She called and spoke to Mr. Miles a couple of weeks ago and he did not follow through with his promise. She still hasn't received anything nor heard back from him, and he has her $150. Mr. Miles took advantage of my mother. How many other elderly customers has he done this too???? Disgusted by this whole thing.
