    Rick and his team did a great job remodeling a bathroom and closet for us. They stayed on time with the project and were even able to add on a couple of smaller projects that I had on my to do list. Rick picks up the phone when you call and has a positive and easy to work with attitude. The quality of their work was high and I felt the fees were fair and transparent. I would highly recommend R. S. Remodeling.

    New roof

    Purchased a home with a roof done in September. Purchase was in April of next year. Roof leaks, water coming through 2 spots in the living room upstairs. 1 inch gaps around the chimney. No flashing. Shingle had flown off in moderate 20-30mph winds. There are birds living under one portion of the roof because the shingles aren’t nailed to anything and wood was not replaced underneath them. Other side they left rotted plywood underneath 2 layers of shingles and out new chipboard on top of that and then the new shingles on top of that. They left part of chipboard exposed and it doesn’t even have vapor barrier on top of it. Have been trying to get them out to fix their terrible work, but nobody has come out once I explained these items. Somebody had come out to fix the shingle that flew off, but none of the other issues. Just want it taken care of. This is ridiculous for such a new roof.

    Worst Contractor Ever

    Beth Wilde Do not call RS Remodeling or AAA Roofing (same place). We hired them and they did more damage than repairs. We now have a basement widow that leaks when it rains, a missing stucco wall, expensive doors that continually need adjusting, windows that get stuck, and a pantry that sank after we paid to have it properly reattached to the house. To top it off they were contracted to remove lead where it tested positive. Part of that process was to seal the paint. The contractor was so brilliant he rinsed the brushes in my kitchen sink (we have a utility sink in the laundry room or a hose outside) splattering freshly washed dishes and baby bottles. The owner is Rick Siiter. Absolute worst contractor I have ever hired.
