    Shawn took the time to answer all of my questions throughout my many of phone calls. When the workers showed up they put tarps all around my house to help catch the debris from the tear off. They helped me move things, (lawn furniture, etc.), out of the way for the tarps. They were also very polite, courteous and did an excellent job cleaning up.
