General contractors Rafael Gloria and Emilio Matarazzo have abandoned the project without justification and therefore breached the contract. They have collected over $110,000 from me, but failed to deliver. Not only did they disappear with my money, but a lot of the work they did complete was defective and not done according to code.
I tried to reach out to them on many-many occasions(numerous phone calls, text messages and emails) and they failed to respond.
This company and it's employees are engaged in unlawful and deceiving practices where all the promises are being made, but it never fully delivered. They should be held accountable for their actions and I hope no one falls into this trap as I did.
