Buyer BEWARE !!! Russell Smith, formerly ran Legacy Building Group out of Clover, SC. I hired him to build my home. After 6 months I fired him, nothing was getting done because he had no money to pay contractors. He still has $27,000 of my money. In addition, he has built a home for a man I know just outside of Charlotte, NC. a month after he and his wife moved in , they got hit with Lawsuits by Contractors that Russell NEVER PAID to the tune of $100,000. Also another retired Police Office from NYC had a house built by him on Lake Wylie. 1 year later, the Kitchen Cabinets are peeling as well as problems with their Driveway. They can not get Russell to repair any of it. I know there are many more people out there that had problems with him. Check Court records and you will see how many lawsuits have been filed and WON against him. Only problem is the Honorable Russell Smith does not own anything in his name so noone will ever collect. This is the 3rd business I know of that he has been involved with. After a few years he closes one down and opens another in a new name. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!

STAY AWAY!!! Thief from the word GO. RSI, formally Legacy Builder Group, LLC, formally KRL, formally------. Scammer. Takes your money, starts job, doesn't pay subcontractors and they put liens on your house. Doesn't finish job and you have to pay a new builder. He stole over $100,000 from us. Don't be scammed. He has almost $1,000,000 in judgements against him and will never pay. Everything is in his fathers name and he lives on the water in his house with the stolen money and products. He even screwed over his best friend of 30+ years. Ha, no one is safe. He is pure evil and loves the phrase, "Have a blessed day". Run, you've been warned.
