This contractor (Stephen Puco) did substandard work (no p-trap installed, leaking shower, uneven tile work, electrical lighting defects) and refused to address the issues with us. Yet...he wanted to be paid in full (he was already paid too much).Due to the deficiencies in Stephen's work, (specifically, the leaky shower stall, which leaked into hallway and caused floor to lift) I have to pay another contractor to come in, rip the bathroom out, and re-do it. He had the audacity to put a lien on our home. He has no integrity and takes absolutely no pride in his work. Shame on you, RSP Restoration Estimating and Stephen Puco.
