They came quick, as in the appt was not long after the initial contact from them. I have yet to meet with the other two contractors. They were professional when communicating with my husband during the visit to gather info for the bid. They gave us a striaght forward bid and broke down cost for us when we asked. When they werent sure what we meant by some info they didnt pretend to know, they clarified. The bid was higher than what we want but we are still in the process of getting others so we have others to compare them to.

To start I reached out for a small patio and landscape curbing project. I asked for a bid and they made plans to come by and see the project. The day and time they were going to come by they never did. I had to reach out to them at which time they said they were still on a job which at this time of year is understandable. They said that they could by a few days later when they finished a job in the area which was fine with me. That day came and went and they didn't show or notify me that they weren't coming by. A few days later I got an email with a bid sight unseen and without any detail of what they would do for that price. Not only did they never show up to see the project but they sent a high ball offer. The lack of communication and desire to even look at the job is enough for me to pass as it makes it hard to trust the work they may or may not do.
