    Painting, door replacement
    $1,000

Nothing but a nightmare to work with. Do not recommend. Start a job, do a crappy job at said job and then have a different excuse every day about why they can’t come over to finish said job. Steer clear!!!

    Kitchen and bedroom repairs
    $9,000

Stear clear, choose another company, Rich and Scarlet Scailia are frauds! Worst company i ever hired! Not only did they steal $3k, the small amount of work that rich completed was done incorrectly! See yall in court!!

Terrible at what they do. They start a job, but do not finish it. Rich Scalia's work is less than stellar. My patio door has been left unfinished and trim exposed and open to the elements since April 27, 2019. If i could give a zero star rating I would.

I caught them billing me for more material than the job required, and loading the product back on their vehicle. I followed them to see what was going on, thinking they were returning it to the store to issue me a credit. They were using the material on another job! Rich Scalia is a crook. I googled him and information came up about an insurance scam, where his wife even went to jail!

The disgust that I have with this contractor is indescribable. On several occasions for the past 3-4 months have we made appointments for them to come and work on 2 bedrooms in my house. The three times that they actually showed up, they claimed that they had to go and get the tools and supplies; which should have already been with him. On multiple occasions, they lied about coming at specific times on specific dates. The day that they came to pick up the first initial payment to start the job, they ensured that they were here promptly to pick it up. They scheme and play around. They care absolutely nothing about how they are making themselves look. The amount of communication that I received from them was equal to none. I had to call several times, and still no answer. He and his employees made excuse after excuse. Also, the times that he actually did answer the phone when I called, he attempted to disrespect me and call me out of my name. In essence, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this business to do any work for anyone. If at any point, you do hire these people, make sure that all of the dates, times, no call/show(s) are documented.. I know mine are.

Actually found this company on Thumbtack. It has been nothing but a nightmare. I own a business and would like to think I understand customer service. I also understand things happen but after six weeks of this guy lying about showing up it got old but finally the crew showed up! And even with a lift, which ruined my driveway and half the yard before they decided it wasn't going to work and abandoned the job site. Now understand they made a great effort for the 3 hours they were there ripping off my old roof, of course once they left and never replaced any shingles after another week my entire house was flooded from the attic to the basement. I have a lift and a trailer left behind and no return calls. His name is Rick Scraglin now fortunately I have found a person to fix the roof and have insurance for a restoration company in hand a bit of inconvenience I hope all of you can save! Again it's Rick and RTS contracting.

RTS Contracting rented a piece of equipment from us to do some work in Huntingdon PA. They have yet to pay the invoice even after numerous messages. I wouldn't use this contractor, period.

Response from RTS Contracting, LLC March 21, 2016
Our contract stated that the customer was responsible for the payment of the rental equipment. We provided that documentation to no avail. The rental wasn't in our name, it was in the customer's name, the agreement was between our customer and the rental company, not with RTS.
