Ruben and his team did a fine job for me. Although the project bid was more than I had hoped, Ruben's bid was the most competitive for what I was asking for. There were some communication problems with the City permitting staff that ended up costing me extra $$. I place 95% of the blame for that on the City, and Ruben and I share the other 5%. The workmanship was very good, and other than the one snag with the City, Ruben's communication and organization was very good. I would definitely consider hiring Ruben's team in the future for other projects.
