I have known him and his family for years and he has done other major projects at my house over the years. He is very honest, trustworthy and reliable.
His work is top quality so I certainly would recommend him to anyone looking for residential renovation project of any size. He has excellent subcontractors for many years. HIs pricing is fair- may not be the lowest quote- but worth the peace of mind that the work will be completed on time, as quoted, and respect your property keeping the job site clean & orderly.
