We purchased an AC from this company in 2007, but the customer service after the "Big Sale" has just not been there.
Our service call appointments are NOT scheduled same day. The service man that comes to the house is curt and always seems put out. And this year no one showed up!
Appointment was made, I spent all day waiting at the house, no phone call - no one showed.
When I called in at 4:30pm to find out if they were running late, I was informed that they had decided to cancel my appointment because I was going to be the only appointment in this part of the city for the day and they didn't want to drive all the way over here.
When I told them that was a bad way to run a company, they didn't care! No offers of trying to make things right.
If customer service is important to you - then this is NOT the company for you. We know in the next year or two we will need a new furnace, but we will not be purchasing it from this company.
