The first 3 weeks this company worked for me they were very respectful and cleared my property. After that, they slowed down would not show up on my job. when they received draws they committed fraud signed a certified lien waiver in front of my lawyer stating they paid their Vendors an all there Subs which they did not do. Most all their Vendors put liens on my job for $100's of thousands of dollars and I had to either pay out of my pocket or use some of the money they had coming to pay the bills to get the liens off my property. I had to hire another company to fix some of their work. Take my word do not use this company. Don't trust them!

Ruiz Construction Solutions are a family owned business working on the first Phase of four phases of my development called Emerald Lakes South in Ocean Springs Ms. I will post another review when they have completed the first phase of my project. I started working with the Samuel and Gabe Ruiz about 4 months before my project was ready to start. These guys and their father are not only saving me money but since I have been working with them they have shown such patience and respect I am really impressed. Ruiz Construction Solutions are installing my sewer, water, stormwater drain, street curb, clearing and grubbing my property. They always return my text phone calls and e-mails immediately. So far they have been a pleasure to work with. I have been in the construction business for over 45 years as I say they have really impressed me with the speed accuracy and the organizational skills of the work that they have performed so far. I am sure they will be completing my development which is comprised of 60 acres 3 small beautiful lakes and will have a total of 150 +or - single-family homes. I would not hesitate to recommend Ruiz Construction Solutions for any Infrastructure job.
