Grant County board hired Rule Construction to installed a new sewer line into Lancaster WI. An eastment was signed and approved . I gave permission to the grant County to install the sewer line through my property. Rule construction installed the sewer line through my property. However, they damaged by blacktop driveway when they installed the sewer line. Rule construction went beyond the eastment . It was rule construction truck drivers that damaged my black top drive way. they even accused me of this saying I gave them permission to to work beyond the required eastment. They were supposed to repair the damage to my black top drive way . but never did. After over three months waiting for Rule to repair my drive way. Grant County HWY department did it. They never even had the decency to contact me to tell me that there were not going to repair my driveway after they new that their employee had damage it. Also very poor job of getting the area properly seeded and mulched. They never did put good top soil back over the area where they layed the sewer line and where they did the grading.
