As a Sr. Citizen who has hired many services in the past, or somene who has been around the block a few times, I'm happy to say that you and your company are very impressive. Your crew was focused and professional in all tasks they performed. They were friendly polite. and always had smiles on their faces and they answered my questions without hesitation. I believed I would have to replace the siding on the west side of the house, but after the work your crew did, I feel confident the original siding will hold up for several more years. I'm also very pleased with the refinishing of the deck. My house and deck look beautiful!

My wife and I cant say enough great things about this company. At the initial estimate John was on time and professional. During the project the crew was on time everyday and professional. At completion John was here and made sure we were satisfied with everything. The painters finished product looks great and we are excited that our interior looks new again.

John Runland has a great crew and came out to give me a quote the same week I called. He was comparable in price to other companies I researched. He pointed out that they use Sherwin Williams paint and no longer offer the baseline model of paint because they wanted a quality product for their jobs.

We live in Bonney Lake and many of the people in our neighborhood had chosen Runland as well. So I had many beautiful examples to look at.

Once I decided to go with Runland, 2 guys came out to pressure wash and scrape the old paint off. They were great. The same guys came the next day to caulk around the whole house.

Then the painting began and the colors I chose were dovetail for main parts of the house, cyberspace for accents, white trim and regatta for the front door.

They were great at covering my plants and the gutters before painting. There were a few places on the driveway and rocks that overspray got to but once pointed out they cleaned in up.

The house looks amazing!!! We had our home painted Sept 2018. Beautiful rich colors, seamless edges, attention to detail and efficient.

After years of seeing Runland Painting signs pop up in our neighbors yards, we decided to call for an estimate. John the owner came out and was very easy to talk to. His knowledge of the industry was impressive and the bid was fair. We decided to hire them to paint our interior. They removed our popcorn ceiling, skim coated, and textured the drywall. We had some walls moved by another contractor. Runland did all the new drywall work. The quality of the drywall was better than we had seen from actual drywall companies. They continued to paint the interior including spraying the trim and doors. The quality is amazing and we saw great attention to detail. The employees were great to have around and we could tell they cared about the finished product. We are impressed with Runland Painting and will use them again in the future for other projects.

Just a really good job. Nice finish, plenty of paint. John was right on. Job was completed quickly. The painter was a good guy too! It's the kind of contractor experience you want.

Appreciated feedback to tell me this is the wrong season for exterior painting

Jon is very customer service oriented. From the time of his quote, all they way through to the finish of the job, he communicated with us. The rainy spring delayed the project, but once things dried out he and his crew spring into action. They are very detailed! Our house was last painted 10 years ago and it need a lot of TLC. Jon and his crew did it all. They just finished last week, and I have already recommended them to a co-worker who is going to use them. GREAT PAINTER!!!

We appreciated John's good communication throughout this big exterior painting project. We had the exterior of our home, outbuilding and fence painted. His crew was courteous and professional. In any big project, there are some issues that come up, but all these were resolved to our satisfaction. The crew did an exceptionally good job on the fence. We would recommend this company based on our experience.

They removed the popcorn from our ceilings and we are not satisfied with the result. The painting turned out well except that the masking was not well done in some places, resulting in paint bleeding through to the woodwork in places ( door frames, moldings, etc.)

Runland Painting was very good at communication and kept me in the loop about when they would be out to do different parts of the job. We've had a rainy spring, so we had to work around that. The paint turned out beautifully and they took the extra steps like pressure washing, caulking and checking for any repairs needed to the trim etc. It looks great!

John was wonderful to work with he helped us choose the color and we couldn't be more pleased. His workers were very professional and nice. John did everything that was promised in a timely manner. We would highly recommend him.

We highly recommend Runland Painting. We started out by having them paint the interior walls and brand new trim in our duplex. They did such an excellent job with that project we hired them to paint the interior of the other duplex unit and the exterior as well. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!! Ive had horrible luck with contractors. In the process of a remodel and after dealing with different contractors I almost lost hope in people. I hired Runland Painting to paint my home after terminating the contract with my last painter. I was relieved to have a good experience with this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this contract paint company. They all were very detail oriented, from there maskers, prep and final cleanup. I They even painted two of my color choices on walls and had me come check it out before proceeding. They quickly convinced me what would work better and I LOVE the results. Kevin the site Manager had all the knowledge needed to manage the work, but the owner, John Runland was there morning and night ensuring every detail was exact. I had a quick email. Replied and left a message with the partner as the other one was in Montana according to email and have not had a response to my phone call. Not good business communication. Knocked them off my list.

We had a great experience with Runland Painting. They were professional, on time, and spent the time they needed to complete the job to paint the outside of our house. They had great tips on colors and what and when, and everyone in the neighborhood who goes by tells us how great it looks (some just yelling "Beautiful!" out of their car windows as they go by). We really appreciated how hard they worked, how they always kept us informed, and what a quality job they did (saw a couple of other houses in the neighborhood not painted by them, and the differences in quality is very visible).
