I thought you would wantn tom know as I, a small businees owner, would like to be informed when employees represtenting my company were acting poorly in public while represtenting my interests. On Tues, 1/10/11 a crew wit "Rupp Signs" of Chico Ca. who is currently working on Hyatt House re- signage jobs was in the Yall Come Back saloon in Pleasanton. After drinking, obviously to excess, were walking out the door. This is a local bar frequented by mostly 50+ year old patrons. Someone said "The sign guys are leaving" not in a derogatory manner, more as a term of endearment. Moments later the 2 Rupp employees returned saying "Who was talking about the "sign guys"??? Nobody in the entire establishment said anything derogatory to these men. One patron said, "No, peopkle were jusat saying goodbye", which followed the sign guys declaration that they were leaving. Only 15 minutes later, another man showed up with the original 2 Rupp employees, who has been talking of their job replacing local Hyatt signs with Hyatt Home signs... So this new man, approched the room declaring "Who has XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX to say to the sign guys, I will kick your ass" along with his further attempts to intimidate numerous patrons of the bar. Little did he know some of the patrons were Pleasanton Police officers and we have a county jail, Santa Rita, located just across \the freeway, just waiting for jackass people such as this. The 3 Rupp employees continued to harass people in the bar, including one 50 year olod guy who is viasually impared that offered "I think it was a misunderstanding, nobody meant anything negative" to the loud, obnoxious "leader" of the Rupp crew. To say these guys had to much to drink is an understatement. These guys Mother F'd and called everyone in the bar a "pussy" challenging them to a fast fight. Your guys made your company and the Hyatt corporation look like complete fools. BTW- if your guys attempted to actually statrt a fight with the 40 or so 50 year old = [patrons, they would have found themselves instantly under arrest and on their way to Santa Rita jail.
