Incredibly diligent, skilled, and honest. Even when costs exceeded the original estimate, Russ maintained the original quoted price. I have had every other contractor pass additional costs onto myself and my family. I trusted Russ extensively and even gave him a key to my house during the remodel. When it comes to craftsmanship and old fashioned integrity Russ can't be beat.
