We hired him to finish a chain link fence and hang some gates. He told us he is a contractor and he built apartments, does electrical, cement, fences and carpet and any thing you need done.
He says what he can do, but does substandard work and does not know how to do chain link fencing. He does not do what he says he will do, and if you complain to him and show him his work is not good. He will blame you for wanting perfection. My wife helped me with our fence and she does better work than him.
Now I will have to do all the work over that he was hired to do. I would not hire him to do anything. He just wants the money and does not complete the jod.
